IronPort® email security appliances are designed to protect networks from today’s and tomorrow’s email threats. These appliances are built on IronPort’s proprietary AsyncOS™ operating system.

Optimized for messaging, AsyncOS provides the foundation that allows a single IronPort appliance to process mail ten times more efficiently than traditional UNIX-based systems. On top of this highly scalable platform, IronPort offers a variety of security applications for spam and virus filtering, content scanning and policy enforcement.
